Well, I've said to Collins that he should use Google Apps to manage his website AND email. As a domain hosting alternative to the usual server type. The most important thing for me was that you get to use the whole Google suite; email, calendar, contacts and even documents sharing. It is basically almost a CRM already. The whole point is communication between team members and the service is FREE for 10 users at least. Which means you could host a website with a domain and issue an email with the domain through google apps up to 10 emails. The people using those emails log in Google apps and are able to synchronize everything with each other.

Another point which is very important is that Gmail handles spam mail much more efficiently than those available on your usual mail servers. He was complaining of Spam a lot recently. But there is an issue. I've tried to use Google Site before and it kinda sucked. It was very rigid and didn't allow for much customization. But I figured his needs are not much so I decided to try and design his website on Google site not apps yet, just the free one with the long URL.

Check it out here and tell me if its okay or not. I believe that Google Site is a viable choice.

I contact P1Cares because I want to terminate my p1 account. Baru 10 hari... I registered on the 24/10/2011. Cooling off period 7 days. I can still accept their reason tapi dia sekat sampai speed 50kbps.. aiyo dailup pon lagi laju! my game kat facebook x leh load pon asyik disconnect! itu pakai sorang pagi2 buta tu!!!.

New direction

Lately my career has gone topsy turvy. I've realised a few things and one of the most important thing i realise is that I do NOT know where I am heading. Or Where I want to Head.

Marketing is really not my thing but I fancy myself knowing a few tricks or two. I market myself as tech savvy and web updated. I am abreast of new technologies, since I've been blogging, I've participated and while not an avid adopter of most of web 2.0, I know how to use it and do use it for varying degree. while I have never been a big fan of Youtube, I do realize the huge impact it has on everybody.

There have been some personal issues which I am working out too. and if you've noticed. My interest in this blog has dwindled. In effect, I am going to synergize my web 2.0 presence with my professional life. I am not walking back into the closet but rather marketing myself for the mainstream and hence my proclivities will remain something private. somewhat.

This blog will not be updated with any gusto. There will only be gay related issues blogged here and No mention of my real name will be made in this blog from this point forward.

Rather updates and such will be synergized into 1 stream. Yes, for citizens of Selangor, I have this naggy feeling in my heart that the Selangor government might be dissolved due to attempts of a hostile takeover. I suggest all Selangor residents who haven't registered to vote, to do so NOW!!!

I don't believe it will be soon but I think it will be much before the next General Election. What we can do is to make sure we are eligible to vote. Do it as soon as possible. Please do not delay. If you register today, you might just be able to make a difference later. Where can you register?

Evony - Multiplayer game

I've been playing Evony for about a month now. To the extent that I have been neglecting all my Facebook games. Anyway, lets talk about the game. What is it? Its simply a build and war game. A very simple browser based game with no extragavant graphics.

But I tell you it is bloody exciting if you have patience for it? The world is based on tiles and those tiles can consist of your cities, the computer's tiles and valleys which are basically areas like forests and deserts and lakes. Anyway, there are too much details to talk about it in a single post. But let me just give some tips for really new players. Well, newer than me.

First of all, lets talk about my cities and the builds I have currently.

Well thats it.. But I have a few tips for people who are just starting.

Use the Marketplace. There are differences between the many many servers. Some particularly the old servers have cheaper food so it makes sense not to build farms and instead build iron and lumber. To get food, you NPC farm or buy from the market. If I am not mistaken, stone is really cheap in all the servers. Personally for me, I only build 1 quarry and that's it.
Resource strategy. There are 2 strategies regarding the resources. Both are valid. personally, I use the specialisation route for the main 3 cities and diversification for outposts.
1. Specialisation. You build only 1 resource per city. Therefore, the other resources, you only build 1 of each to satisfy the building requirements only. Why is this a good thing? Its because of the Valley bonus!
  The Valley bonus unlike the hero bonus is specific to each resource. So if you have all 4 types of resources, and have 4 valleys giving 10 bonus; 1 forest, 1 desert, 1 hills, 1 swamp. Then you only get 10% bonus of all your resource plots. But consider if you have only lumber mills and have 4 forests giving 10% each. then you got 40% bonus for all your resource plots well minus 1 or 2. An additional point to this strategy is to cluster your cities together. So you have Iron mines, and lumber mills and you exchange resources using transports. Personally, I have a city of farms and this city acts as my main troops base. (I am totally terrified that I am not able to get online and all my troops starve). oh another point is that you can have more lumber cities than iron cities, since we all rely on Archers the most and they eat up lumber like nobody's business.
1. Diversification. There isnt a specific strategy for diversification but rather you build all your resources. (I dont build quarries). But a point to consider is that you dont need farms so much since you can never produce enough food to maintain a regular army anyhow. you get enough food through NPC farming. Anyway, you dont need iron as much as you need lumber too so have twice as much lumber mills as you have iron mines and you should have enough resources for a fast fast build.
Town Hall. The city icon in the map is determined by the Town Hall as far as I can tell. I read in the forums that only a level 10 Town Hall would have that large castle icon. However, at level 4 Town hall, your city icon would change from a village to a walled city/town icon. I suggest for any new city to never upgrade your Town Hall to level 4 UNTIL you can fend off attacks. Its because most players who likes to attack other players dont bother with the villages. Honest. The only problem is that your resource plots would be restricted to only 19 plots. Dont worry, you should concentrate on upgrading those 19 plots to level 9 first. You can make as much resources or maybe even more :D .. After that, you can upgrade the town hall.. But try to do things slowly and in stages :D..
Walls. You need high level walls. But high level walls are only useful because they give more space for Archer Towers. Build mostly Archer Towers. You dont have to rush building Walls up to level 10. You should however rush building Archer Towers as soon as you can. The only reason you should concentrate on Archer Towers is because its the only one that can regenerate. :D
Forums. Read the forums! haha especially on NPC farming :D

Oh my god!! I was reading the Teoh Beng Hock fan comments on Facebook and somebody said something about gomen buat something kat polls ISA di website Kementerian Dalam Negara.

dulu masa mula2 tue aku ada la gi jugak .. Ramai giler yg anti-ISA around 90% ++ kot.. tapi masuk news somewhere kan.. so apparently the minister marah la kot .. MEMANG x payah censorship since they can manipulate the data.. this is so typical that sedeh sgt ... Aku baru je balik dari Perhimpunan ANTI ISA tadi. Walaupon kawan2 larang.. sebenarnya x begitu rancang la nak gi coz something happened on friday yg break my spirit..

Anway, I went out around 10am, went to the Clinic in PGRM but they were closed. I then went to the one I went before in Kg Pandan but they were closed too, so I ended up in HKL.. so basically there wasted some precious money. :(

after that, I took a bus to lrt station Titiwangsa and it was there that I decided I wanted to look around Masjid Jamek. So I only bought the ticket to Masjid Jamek.. There was nobody having a demonstration. There were quite a lot of police though.. and a Police lock up truck. I basically just lounged around.. made some friends, his name was Hatta, joined a few conversations.. huhu it was funny.. really funny.. there was no head and so when the Police told everybody to go home, nobody responded they just moved away. It ended up that we were following the police where ever they went. Same case with the Police lock up van, there were quite a crowd surrounding it.

But after solat zohor, it started. Unit Amal was in the mosque getting ready.. lepas ada kekecohan kecil kat luar.. bising2 mungkin polis cuba nak pecahkan group kat masjid nie kot.. tapi apa2 pon adala berjaya mara ke depan sikit.. pastu belom apa2 lagi polis dah tembak tear gas.. Pergh, mula2 aku tgk je asap tue.. tapi! lepas sekejap.. pergh SAKIT gilo! mata... aku pon larik sama macam org lain.. cornar kat sana ke arah bank muamalat, beli ayor kat kedai mamak yg rushing2 tgh nak tutup.. pastu baru teringat pasal depa cakap pasal garam.. so beli tue skali.. Pusing balik .. nak gi balik ke masjid jamek pastu depa kata gi sogo.. Unit amal siap kunci tangan dan jalan/lari dlm satu barisan lagi.. aku cepat2 masuk celah.. so kiteorang ramai giler berarak ke Sogo sambil laung2 slogan.. bab laung "Allahuabakr" tue aku segan sikit la.. coz tadi zohor pon x gi semayang.. apa2 pon kite gi ke Sogo, kat sana ada polis kat tgh jalan.. tapi aku tgk kat hujung jalan sana ada geng Anti ISA gak.. so apa lagi aku ngan org lain terus jerit2 "jalan je" "jalan je" Time tue .. dah la bingit semua org jerik "hidup rakyat" "hidup rakyat" ... tapi last2 walaupon Polis tue usaha halang tapi dia gila ke .. stakat 20 org je nak halang 10,000 last last kite rush.. larik.. si polis nie pon jadik takut dia sorang2 kat tgk.. depa pon berundur...

Lama gak kite boleh berkumpul.. ahli politik siap boleh bagi ceramah2 lagi.. aku rasa macam 100,000 tapi maybe 20,000 kot.. x pon 40,000 tapi ramai siot.. i sendiri x nampak sgt coz panjang tue.. so dah settle kite pon bergerak nak hantar memo ke istana pusing kiri.. and jalan ... tiba2 ada yg suruh berhenti.. wah.. kat depannnnnnnnnnnnn sana.. kat depan DBKL ... polis ramai tgh tunggu ngan water cannon skali. tapi lepas undur dan mara kemudian.. kite teruskan.. pastu mak ai.. water cannon serang.. punya laju dia mara.. kite orng disuruh berundur.. water cannon dtg .. mula2 kena sikit.. aku time tue dah kunci tangan ngan pakcik nie... unit amal nyer org... abis lenjun kena pancut.. mula2 tue orait lagi.. kiteorang jalan je.. sambil kunci tangan .. pastu.. tiba2 air tue masuk mata.. ada mamat kat depan tue siap baling air botol mineral kosong kat depa bila depa lalu.. ada dua tiga kali la.. polis tue ilang cool., tembak tear gas dari dalam keta ... last2 bila dah macam bosan tue.. tunggu.. suruh kumpul balik ramai yg x .. last2 kiteorang berarak pergi mana ntah.. kiteorang jalan ke mana ntah .. jauh gak... jauh dari tempat polis2 berkumpul.. and last2 rupanyer kat depan ibu pejabat pas.. ramai kat sini.. tapi separuh dari tadi kot... anyway . sini jam giler coz kat tgh ada org sumer tapi kat tepi2 tue keta semua stuck coz jem coz kite halang jalan.. tapi itu sebabnyer polis lambat giler dtg ... coz ada jam .. kot .. water cannon xleh nak jalan.. kite saja je stop bas and keta utk jadik halangan.. tapi last2 kite pon beredar dari situ so i miss la polis sembur bangunan PAS. pergi balik ke Sogo.. ok je.. sampai sana ada yg laung2 lagi.. time nie xde la ramai sgt tapi ramai la jugak.. seberang jalan sana.. seberang polis jaga jalan... ada macam benda.. macam apa. nak kata kostum yg org pakai.. besar.. sorang pegang dari bawah .. sorang kat sayap setiap satu.. sorang pegang kepala.. i rasa nie artistic protest..

tiba polis muncul kat depan .. we all larik.. and time nie i ilang depa.. setengah ke kiri.. kat jalan TAR yg jual2 tue aku ke kanan kat area Jurassic tue... ingatkan nak masuk celah tgh2 .. tapi kat depan tiba2 ada tear gas.. so undur balik ke Sogo.. kat sini plak selamba larik tgh polis .. aku nampak polis gak larik coz water cannon dtg.. sinie memang kecoh.. last2 aku give up.. and blah.. lari gila2 ikut tepi tue.. pastu potong celah kat tempat org niaga2 tue and balik ke masjid jamek..

tunggu kat masjid jamek lama.. ingatkan depa akan kumpul balik.. tapi lepas asar pon x muncul.. sampai polis yg dari tadi tgh bersedia depan masjid pon masuk balik trak..

so after a while i pon jalan kaki ke plaza rakyat since station masjed jamek tutup abis.. i took a bus and balik..

What the hell am I mopping the floor? Dah nak dekat Raya ke? OMG! haha .. Not only that,.. look at the carpet that I was whacking and look at all the dust that is in the carpet.. seriously scary.. Anyway,...

This was like the day before yesterday. Chester said the parents might be coming and maybe have to bunk in if they cant find a place to stay.. Well, I maybe seorang yg pemalas and bloody messy tapi my mum ada ajar tentang hospitality. So kalau ada guest, especially la parents dia . mesti la kena kemas2 bersih2 kan apa yg patut .. betol x? Even adik pon dikerah kan.. gigih dia bersihkan kipas.. cuma budak benggong tue boleh x buang air lepas mop? ada kat dalam kitchen tadi i tengok..

So gigih nie.. and then i packed up most of my dirty linen and off to my mums place to do the laundry.. tidow sana mlm tue coz i thought the parents are coming mlm tue jugak..

as it turns out no. Parents dia baru je dtg td.. kesian sgt .. flight airasia delay lama giler.. depa dok kat airport je.. kesian sgt.. Yesterday I went to the Gathering for Teo Beng Hock at Kelana Jaya Stadium. It was good but abit anticlimatic. There was alot of people there but not enough. The speeches were the same for most of the speakers. Although some made good points. I am never completely comfortable at political rallys. Its as if sometimes they try too hard to evoke our emotions.

Well I have been angry and sad these past few days. Not for Teo because I didnt know him. But because my beloved country is slowly denigerating to the point where I am ashamed. Graffiti you might call it, I drew the outline of Mr. Teo's corpse on the 5th floor of Plaza Masalam. That image I cannot ever forget. And so I commemorate. It was tough. I was reading Malaysiakini when I noticed a small bit of news. Apparently two luxury hotels in Jakarta was attacked by apparent terrorists. Don't know who since no group has claimed responsibility. News reports say that another bomb, one that didnt detonate was found in a room in one of those hotels. It was safely defused.

There was another explosion in another part of Jakarta but that wasnt a bomb. It was a car explosion, something to do with the batteries. Anyway, 9 people died and 40 injured. I have to say I am saddened that this has happened. My heart goes out to the citizens of jakarta.

Hmm I remember when I used to pour my heart out in this blog. When I used to post anything and everything I wanted. Maybe I didnt have much of a life back then. Maybe I was way younger and more carefree. But it seems that there are things that happened in my life that I want to tell but I can't let it out in my blog.

For fear of hurting those of my friends that do read this blog. *sigh* sometimes I wish I could post as anonymous. Do I make a new blog? Do I even bother? Well, lets start by updating you guys on some old old news...

My sister, her husband and her kids, My sister and Mother, they went to Korea recently for a holiday. So that leaves the Maid and My brother at the house .. since my brother stays back at work til late, My mom asked me to housesit for a while. To keep the maid company coz she gets scared being there alone all day. So I do.. anyway .. this isnt the juicy part..

They came back and all is well but like a day or two afterwards, my mom asked me if I took or removed or whatever my brother in laws watch. I said no. of course not. It appears that my brother has been up to his old tricks again but when confronted. he denied it. Ok la.. so that means my brother in law and sis are desperately looking for a condo or something to stay at.

so you'd think that this was the last of it? fat chance...

recently my brother moved out with a note to my mom saying "sorry, I sold your laptop" well somthing like dat la..

DAMN!!! I almost creamed my pants looking at the collection. From the pictures from his blog, this is my fave. Good news is, i think with less than RM500 you can recreate this look. What I love about the jacket? the length. I like short like a motorbike jacket. the sleeves and jacket. Almost military style. And the Swede swirly patterns? oh my.. Heaven..

Day Trip: Sg. Chilling Fish Sanctuary

On Friday morning I drove to Taman Maya LRT station next to Amcorp mall. I arrived a little bit after 7am after sending home Daus. Abg Rajan actually had invited me to go on a day trip to Sg. Chilling Waterfalls. And I of course readily agreed. I didnt know who else was going but apparently haha the other guy in the car I knew. x ingat nama dia tapi kenal.. its Ivan. aku kenal boyfriend abg dia. :D

Lepas tue kite gi ke R&R Jambatan Sg. Buloh or something like dat.. utk jumpa ngan Abg Zarul.. tapi sebelum tue kiteorang gi amek abg Amir Muhammad, film director indie tue.. anyway,.. abg Zarul comel sgt.. haha.. anyway .. patut nyer jumpa 3 or 4 org lagi tapi depa terlepas R&R tue and akan jumpa kat rawang.

Kat Rawang jumpa ngan syah.. nama dia actually abang syah tapi panggil syah pon cukup le.. si kamal and muid.. depa x makan lagi so singgah kat mamak kat tepi jalan mana ntah.. ... sampai kat sana sempoi giler.. siap tengok empangan kuala kubu baru yg aku ajak collins gi tapi dia x nak.. PERGH rugi x gi dulu .. cantik giler.. so anyway.. sg chilling tu simple je kat sebelah kanan benda tue.. so kite park tapi eh eh ada satu lagi keta kat situ.. rupa2 nya ada diajak 2 org lagi.. Andy and Abg. Bidin.. Andy nie .. macam kenal lak.. dia pon kata kenal.. tapi x ingat . anyway .. kite gi trekking ke atas.. jalan dia berliku2 . and sg pon berliku2 .. trek dia cross sungai sampai 7 kali.. ke 6? tapi yg first tue naik jambatan so x kesah la.. ahaha anyway.. just before the 2nd crossing tue.. Si Muid nie tersungkur.. ada macam akar yg dia terkena.. jadik dia pon injured.. dlm sakit2 tue dia berkeras juga nak continue.. I cakap kat dia releks dulu .. trekking nie jauh lagi so jgn paksa.. kalau x boleh juga ... jgn paksa diri.. last2 kite lepak sana dulu .. aku suruh dia rendam kaki dlm air sejuk.. siap angkat dia lagi.

anyway to make the story short.. best giler gi sg Chilling nie.. member2 baru sumer sempoi2 .. I siap mandi bogel lagi since xda orang besides us kat situ.. tapi ada gak gabrah time a family mat salleh tiba2 sampai.. nasib baik sempat pakai spender balik..

anyway nie dia gambar2 kiteorang enjoy kat sg. Chilling.. oh ya,.. ikan kat situ berlambak giler..tapi no fishing.. kalau x kena saman.

well lama giler I x update this blog is really simple.. Simple sangat..

I am sick.. Have been sick.. havent really recovered from the infection kat Bali tue.. Kaki berlubang besar selama nie.. setiap 2 hari kena gi cuci kat klinik tapi pokai nyer sebab.. gi every 4 hari.. tapi skrg dah boleh cuci sendiri coz dah x sakit dah.. .. Pastu dengan demam and dengan batuk and selsema nyer.. nie dah 4 hari dah gitu.. pergh.. sampai collins pon berjangkit..

so apa criter? plus finances memang ke laut.. my mom kena selamatkan lagi sekali.. dia bayar duit ansurang bulanan... kalau x kena tarik dah.. fon bil melambung tinggi thanks to adik angkat yg pakai sampai RM150.. I telefon dia marah dia .. pergh sampai skrg merajuk x call2 dah.. pastu i cuba call x angkat bagai la..

tapi sok Sofhie nak dtg .. ok gak la.. rasa rindu sangat.. adik2 angkat sumer dah x singgah umah dah .. rasa sunyi je bila 3org je kat umah nie.. I misss BOBOY so much .. tapi nak buat camne ,.

Huhu I was soo excited just now .. its great.. I love the set.. there are so many people. I am just watching from home.. First up was Hafiz .. "Aku bunga cinta" by anuar zain i think, a fast song. I think he forgot some lyrucs but overall not bad... Not his best..

Then akim came up with his own song and hohoh he totally hit it :D .. I think it might be a hit song.. and he sang it really well.. Its a competition tonite!!!

HAHAHAHAHHA Yazid was soooo funny!!!! But unfortunately persembahan dia x best la.. mungkin x sesuai langsung dengan Yazid la.. the song feel dia x dapat capture.. the jazz feel.. the michael buble feel..

Isma was cool.. she looked great... The song, I dont actually have an opinion about it.. it wasnt great but it wasnt bad either.. I think that, the song needed a few more weeks to get to know and make it hers..

The next one is Aril Poyo ... with the song "Kasih x sampai" percubaan yg ok.. not that bad... feel ada tapi suara dia x cukup power utk carry the song..

The 5 top 20 guys..... did a good job .. not perfect but good.. some ke laut.. haha tapi yg second one tue comel and suara dia sedap.. range pon macam power je.. he could have been a contender.. At first risau gak depa akan outshine the finalists.. but i guess all the training has been good.

Its Hafiz again with his own original song "Masih Jelas".... lets hope its a great song. That was a really really good performance .. WOW... the song was a little bit on the boring side but he sang it amazingly.. could be better with more time to get to know the song .. and more studio time.

Lets listen to Akim now.. Faizal Tahir's song "Bercinta" .. ada yg x kena dengan persembahan nie.. nak kata teruk,.. kadang2 best giler.. tapi at times macam tersekat2.... energy was good.. the performance choreography was actually quite good. Seriously I think maybe its the difference between watching at home and live.. the sound system doesnt carry over very well to the TV. Because I think vocally it was a little bit messy but the critics seems to love so maybe kiteorang kat umah x dapat dengar dgn jelas kot.

Its now Yazid with his own song .. hmm couldnt really catch who the composer and lyricist .. but somebody from meet uncle hussin is involved... "Ya Pa Pa".. Masyallah .. x sesuai lagu nie utk YAzid . I think this type of song kalau Aishah mesti best ...

Fabulous Bali Getaway

Well I went to Bali this time on the 28th April 2009. Actually it was a working day so I was lugging my large backpacker backpack and my laptop backpack to my office in Damansara Perdana. Haha I tell you, I couldnt concentrate at all that day.. Langsung x leh concentrate. collins ada meeting ngan sapa ntah ... anyway we all bertolak sama2 naik teksi ke KL Sentral jam berapa ntah.. around 1:30 kot..

kat sana I flirted ngan budak2 comel kat skybus tue haha.. anyway.. the flight was uneventful. I sat at the last row, even tho the stewardess were friendly, the flight wasnt really comfortable. Sampai kat bali dah gelap.. nasib baik ada mamat hotel tue tgh tunggu .. huhuhu ada la juga yg comel.. si Wayan recep yg pendek dan gempal2 tue hahaha tapi pemalu tol... anhyway, I stayed at Hotel Lusa for USD11 a nite.. mlm tue kite teruss gi jalan2 lepas makan.. haha tapi malam tue x main..

sok nyer jalan2 lagi ramai2.. best.. I bawak depa gi Jalan Majapahit hehehe walaupon ada kekeliruan sebentar bila I bgtaw tempat tue jl Rajawali.. hahaha teksi driver tu siap kata, tapi kat sini I x pernah dengar jl rajawali.. hahahaha last2 I tunjuk je dia turnings and barula obvious .. its jl. Majapahit.. Anyway, I bawak dia ke LKM.. this one pemborong yg I memang akan singgah utk beli accesories .. mcm cincin dan gelang.. MURAH beb.. the rest pon borong hahahah they were happy.

that nite Warren came .. oh ya.. sebelum tue I singgah hotel Taman Mekar 2 ..utk tanya pasal bilik... ingatkan nak tukar hotel.. tanya si nyoman tue mana adik dia Putu.. huhuhu dia bg fon number, aku call and last2 dia dtg mlm tue.. haha siap main ngan dia lagi dlm bilik air.. boleh? dia kata org boleh tgk celah2 curtains.. bodoh tol.. macam la ada org nak skodeng..

anyway .. sok nyer aku sewa motor.. murah je.. Rp 40,000 je utk skooter.. anyway,,.. we all gi clubbin malam2, gi beack siang .. depa siap gi tour be ubud bagai.. tapi i x gi coz bosan benda tue sumer .. aku gi gay beach kat petitenget.. itupon lepas bangun jam 5 ptg haha.. utk di pendekkan criter kaki aku yg memang dah luka dari malaysia and bengak.. makin teruk kat sana.. aku last2 gi hospital sana sehari sebelum balik.. kat emergency room tue .. ada 2 org mati dan 4 org dtg utk rawatan kena gigit anjin.. anyway ..depa bersihkan nanah akibat infection punya la sakit gila.. local anastesia dia letak pon x berfungsi sgt since the flesh dah teruk sgt infected.

anyway i was sick with fever for 2 nights and stayed in for 3 days.. I also lost my handphone on the very boring night of double 6. All in all, the holiday was ok. great friends.. I love YANTI!!!!! Matt is a terrific nice guy.

it was a learning experience.. I definitely am going to Bali again.. but not too soon..

Oh my god!!! The more I read on USIM, the more I am angry and dissapointed in the general Student mentaliti. Mentaliti mahasiswa dan mahasiswi makin mengecewakan.

Truly, I am beginning to seriously doubt any of them have any ability in critical thinking. Honestly, I think in their case, it would do more good than harm for the whole lot to just shut up and let the professionals handle the public relations.

Well semalam patut nyer I gi audition anak wayang pagi2 tapi I had an early saturday morning factory visit cum meeting at shah alam. So had to do that first. Anyway, I woke up just in time, then forcibly gerakkan si Aliph and si Im tue coz depa nak gi audition tue.. hahaha Jadik Aliph la yg hantar gi damansara.. anyway, makan, tunggu and tunggu nyer pasal.. jam 10:30 baru la nak sampai kat kilang.

but honestly kilang tue memang ok.. Can improve but in time la.. Basically they do oil filters in cars, and from zero knowledge, I actually know what goes on inside an oil filter and how it works. huhu.. very productive ..

tapi sampai kat SACC Mall dah jam 1:05, tepon si Aliph, dia kata depa tertido and terlepas nombor. Aiyo gitu pon boleh.. nombor bukannye lama plak tue.. 68 je.. memang manja budak2 nie... but kaunter dah tutup so xleh la nak cuba nasib

tapi nak dibuat criter ... patut nyer gi hari nie .. tapi pagi2 ahad nie .. tiba2.. malas la plak.. so xjadi gi la.. besides, I bukan nyer boleh berhenti keje gitu je...

Was there a law lecturer that was terminated?
If there was, what was the reason?
If there was a termination of law lecturer and the reason is low passing percentage of her students, was there a detailed enquiry on why?

Its very simple. I hope the University understands that with intangible products such as education, reputation preceeds all.

Kenyataan ini dikemukakan susulan daripada paparan akhbar Kosmo bertarikh 15 April 2009 di muka hadapan bertajuk “Akibat Kedekut Markah” dan muka surat 3 bertajuk “Enggan beri markah kasihan Pensyarah USIM dakwa terpaksa letak jawatan ekoran keputusan peperiksaan”.

Untuk makluman, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) ingin memberi penjelasan bahawa dakwaan ini adalah tidak benar dan tidak berasas berdasarkan alasan-alasan berikut:

1) Sistem Penilaian dan Pemarkahan Peperiksaan USIM mempunyai dasar dan prosedur yang jelas seperti mana yang terkandung dalam prosedur USIM/PK/09 - Pengredan, Pemarkahan dan Pengeluaran Keputusan Peperiksaan. Setiap keputusan peperiksaaan dibentang dan diteliti di dalam Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pemeriksa Pra-Siswazah (JPPS) peringkat Fakulti dan seterusnya diangkat ke Mesyuarat Senat Universiti untuk perakuan. Di samping itu, USIM juga mempunyai Penilai Luar yang melihat sistem akademik dan peperiksaan di USIM.

2) Pensijilan MS ISO 9001:2000 yang telah diperolehi sejak 11 November 2004 dan perolehan sijil buat kali kedua pada 8 Januari 2008 oleh pihak SIRIM di bawah skop “Penyediaan Perkhidmatan Pendidikan Di Peringkat Sarjana Muda Meliputi Rekabentuk Dan Pembangunan Kurikulum Program” telah membuktikan bahawa USIM mempunyai prosedur yang jelas dan telus terhadap sistem pendidikannya.

3) Pihak Universiti menegaskan bahawa Universiti tidak pernah mengamalkan apa yang dimaksudkan dengan “markah kasihan” sebagaimana yang dilaporkan oleh akhbar Kosmo. Istilah tersebut tidak pernah wujud dan kita sama sekali tidak berkompromi dalam sebarang pengubahsuaian markah oleh para pensyarah.

4) Dakwaan tersebut adalah sangat serius dan amat tidak berasas dan telah menjejaskan reputasi USIM dan pihak USIM amat dukacita kerana tuduhan yang tidak benar ini telah merosakkan imej Universiti di mata masyarakat.

5) Dakwaan tersebut adalah berniat tidak baik dan boleh memberi kesan yang negatif terutama dalam situasi sekarang :

a. USIM sedang di dalam proses pemilihan dan pengambilan pelajar baru,

b. Sebagai Universiti baru, ianya boleh menghilangkan dan menghakis keyakinan masyarakat kepada USIM,

c. USIM dalam usaha mendapatkan pengiktifaran dari badan profesional,

d. Lulusan USIM yang menyambung pelajaran di luar negara baik yang menyambung di peringkat Sarjana dan Doktor Falsafah,

e. Menjejaskan imej Graduan USIM yang sedang berkhidmat dalam pasaran.

6) Pihak Universiti berharap kepada masyarakat dan orang berilmu sekiranya hendak membuat komen dan ulasan dalam hal seperti ini harus mendapatkan maklumat daripada sumber dan fakta yang benar. Isu ini bukan “bualan murahan di kedai kopi”.

7) USIM akan melihat perkara ini di sudut undang-undang dan akan mengambil tindakan yang sewajarnya.

8) Tenaga pengajar USIM di Fakulti Syariah dan Undang-Undang adalah terdiri daripada tenaga pengajar yang berpengalaman antaranya bekas hakim, bekas peguam dan profesor.

I read in the newspaper about this one Law Lecturer in Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia who was fired by the Universiti after only 4 of ther 157 students passed. She stated that she gave the marks that they should be getting? What really made me angry was when she said that her superiors wanted her to give sympathy marks so not that many failed. Not only that, some wanted her to give extra marks for attendance also.

I was so angry about this I wrote an email to the Dean and also cc'ed to the Malaysian Quality Accredition agency. I mean this type of thing is what destroys our reputation and also produce substandard graduates.

Assalamualaikum Prof. Dato' Dr. Abdul Shukor Hj. Husin,

i would like to bring to your attention to an issue which I read in today's theStar, regarding the termination of one of your law lecturers because of the high percentage of failing marks given.

I do not object to the termination but rather on the reason for termination. Low passing percentages in any class is an indication of something gone wrong. What I object to is the short term approach taken by your university in asking the lecturer to give sympathy marks in the form of attendance bonuses. The lecturer is question is right in saying that attendance is their responsibility. A small bonus might be considered for 100% attendance but never for anything else. This brings into question the quality of USIM, USIM graduates and even graduates from Malaysian Universities as a whole!

I for one do not what substandard graduates in the market. Either you qualify for that degree/diploma or you don't. This is why there are so many graduates that are unable to get jobs. Because they dont't know anything. Malaysian graduates at the moment is bad as it is with the emphasis on academic credentials only, when you dilute that too, then, what is the point of a University?

I agree something should have been done when a Law lecturer fails a majority of her class. What you should have done is find the root cause! Why did she fail them? Is her standards too high for their level? If that is so, you must determine WHY her standards are too high? You must address WHY the students fail? Is it the curriculum? the culture? the student doesnt understand the medium?

say NO! to sikap sambil LEWA!!!

Show your patriotism to the country by doing your job WELL!

Versatile. Dulu Bottom Forever, after I met Vince and we hooked up, time nie kat JB. At his hotel room lagi. Tgh main nie.... tgh jilat bontot dia haha when I suddenly tiba2 macam terangsang sgt hahaha so I fucked him for the first time hahaha. minta kebenaran jap la haha.. pergh best giler ... siap suruh dia kemut lagi ... henjut2 nyer criter.. pancut.. tapi x kuarkan... kising2 pergh.. stim balik... so 2nd round la .. hahahaha that one is the first time suksess jadik top..Been loving being versatile or flexible ever since.
Vagabond. i nie memang asyik berpindah randah. Lets see kronologi hidup I. Mula2 idup kat Kelana Jaya lama.... up until darjah 2. Seronok... ramai kawan.. then, pindah ke Jakarta. Di sana stady kat Jakarta International School. Pergh best gler.. Kat cni la I became who I ultimately became. Not immediately la, tapi after darjah 5 we left Indonesia and headed back home. I masuk darjah 6 halfway through the year with a mouth that matches the attitude. Mana taknyer.. I belajar to be vocal in JIS to respect but not fear the teachers. HAHA that half year was HELL!!! haha not really la but it wasnt easy. Darjah 6 pon bukannya balik ke Kelana Jaya, dok kat Bukit Persekutuan dulu, area KL la.. Form 1 baru balik ke Kelana Jaya, up to form 4. Lepas tue dapat masuk MRSM Kuala Berang so pindah lg.. This time to terengganu and new adventures.. PERGH first time nie so many boyz so little time hahahaha.
Graduation means UNI so off to UPM kat serdang.. its not that far but still... I was there maybe 2 years almost and I faile my bachelor degree haha.. I was asking for it anyway.. So I ended up in Sabah where my mom and dad and bro and lil sis had Already moved haha. I tell you it was fun and crazy!!! I got my first true friends here. A bunch of cool people this planet has ever hosted. So what happened after sabah? hahah come back to Nilai la for final year.. graduate that one, its working time, .. well not really. I was unemployed for about a year hahaha I was too lazy at home to go out.. stupid of me. Ended up my mom practically forcing me to apply for a JUSCO job in the newspaper. she drove me to send the resume, drove me to the briefing and drove me to the interview and VOILA there I was out of her life for a few years hahaha... throughout my JUSCO life I moved whereever my work is. It just so happended that my first job was in Johor, Taman Universiti. Another fun filled year awaits haha. After that I was in Japan for 6 months hahaha and then Midvalley (I moved to Pantai Dalam), Klang (moved to Bandar Baru Klang), and last, at Tebrau City (JB again) .. hahaha then I worked at damansara heights so its back home for a year, after which I got a job at JB again so i moved there. HAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAH but this time for a week only haha :D its bcoz training was a week and by that time I got the FOREVER 21 job... So its back to my mums place.. and working in Bandar Utama. Suddenly I got transferred to Pavilion, well, we opened the store haha. and Here I am til today. a KL boy. and somehow I got the feeling that I am here to stay..
My greatest hobby is reading. I started out with children's book. Spent hours and hours in the library. Probably freaking read half the books there. I didnt really keep track but definitely over a hundred books. My favorite series when I was young was The Great Brain Series by John D. Fitzgerald. I tell you if you want creative naughty children with imagination that go WILD!, buy them those books. Damn I loved it. haha I graduated from children's book to Danielle Steel and later on Jackie Collins ( haha there is much more sex in JC). Soon I was into my favorite genre of all time. For those dreamy eyed wanderers whose mind flies with imagination. Can there be any better escape than that we create with our minds? I was irrevocably pulled into the Fantasy Genre. I lived in world not bound by rules. Where the people were witty and everybody was goodlookin. Raymond E. Feist, Robert Jordan. My faves.
If you must have sports, then it has to be swimming, I like it. I like floating in water, being in water, around water. Seawater, chlorine water, riverwater, lake water is a bit creepy coz there is this irrational fear of things inside wanting to eat you. But yea, I am a beach bum coz of the water ahaha.. I wanna learn to surf this next Bali trip. I like ice skating too tho I dont actually know what else you are supposed to do in the rink. and Snowboarding, it wasnt so hard actually hahahha :D thank god for those half hearted lessons in skateboarding during skool haha. The sports I like always had to do with water. snow after all is water too.
My breath stinks. *sigh* its coz my teeth is rotting. DENTISTS are expensive! New year resolution.. is to have my dental makeover.
STYLE SENSE. I had absolutely none. I was horrendous. My shield was the golden attitude "I live for myself, fuck what others think" but all this changed hahahaha working at FOREVER 21 changed me. I love shopping now! hahahaha and different styles. Dont have the body for that but hey I can work on that too. My favorite at the moment are gay shorts and vests. oh and v necks. I also love jackets and skinny low cut jeans. What I still wont wear are LABELS!!! I am not a fucking billboard. If Calvin Klein wants to have his name on my chest, he is gonna have to pay for it.
I bake not cook. Sure I can cook but its not a guarantee. If I bake something it may not look nice but most of the time it tastes nice. besides, I like baking :D There is something about baking sweet desserts.
I hate following the rules. Honestly. I will try absolutely everything to be a lil bit different, to take a different path. To do what I want. To misdirect. To do something you wouldn't expect. After all, If I am not me then who am i? So the list stays at 8 and ends here. I honestly dont know who to tag no more. but if I do.. I'll edit this. ok?

hahaha that was dramatic but I guess this post should be dramatic. I was reading someone's blog. There was a post there about how he is giving up on love and all that crap. There I was reading and I realized that shit. I wish somebody would break my heart. I would be eternally grateful if somebody would break my heart. It would actually mean that I actually loved somebody. You know, akhirnya hatiku ini pasti telah mengenal cinta.

Apathy is a bitch. Damn, I wish I was jealous, I wish I didn't enjoy sex that much, I wish I'd just freaking say NO!. So yea, I read about heartbreaks and break ups and tears and anguish. I keep thinking, hey AT LEAST, you knew love. Unless it was a cinta sebelah tangan or in England, unrequited love.

yes I went through a real life fire ordeal.. We were just lepaking in the house after lunch when I heard a loud ruckus. I thought it was a fridge falling down, but then when we looked down at the road, there was nothing. We decided to go down and take a look.

LO and BEHOLD, there was a young chinese lady who was crying and saying her house was on fire. We went in and sure enough there was a stack of newspaper on fire in front of the door.. Trying to put that out, we noticed the whole friggin kitchen was ON FIRE! I ran upstairs, grabbed a bucket and tried to douse it but no luck there.. The smoke as hot and heavy too, I figured I better get the hell out of there. I went back upstair.. shouting for people to get the fuck out and told my pet brothers and hsemates to grab their important things like documents and get out. I grabbed my laptop, stuffed everything into the bag and tried to put a shirt on.. X dapat.. I was so panicky coz the smoke in the house was getting too much, and just put on a jacket.

Running downstairs I noticed there were a lot of people milling outside the house on fire. I screamed at them to get the hell out of there.. Carbon Monoksida can kill too. Damn malaysians are so damn stupid. It was more obvious when I got downstairs. Can you believe it, there was a fire on the 9th Floor and you can see people on the 11th floor at the balcony, with smoke and all.. just looking down at us. I mean, you guys got no brains ka? the people at the top floor lagi worse. With children some more they were just looking down and shouting the fire is on the 9th floor to the bomba people.

HELLO??? fire spreads easily and rapidly. Embers could easily float up and start a fire at their house too. I hate this about Malaysia. Talk about stupid people.. They got a mouthful of idiots from me too.

anyway, our house was still in good condition at the end, though nobody dared go to the kitchen for fear of structural damage. THE FREAKING FLOOR was still warm/hot after HOURS!

There was 2 really cute firemen though hahaha

Shah needed to go to IPD Kajang since saturday but we didn't have a car. So we went today instead.

Of course, if you are around Kajang, you MUST stop for Sate Kajang. Of course its much more hyped up than its worth really. Once a good thing becomes too big. Quality dies..

Anyway, we went to the station and were told by the Sargeant to come back in an hour. So off we went to Hj Samuri Sate :D
