So my mom received a love letter from a lawyer. An actual summons from Tanco Resorts. You know, the vacation super club? So what was the story? She spent nearly 12k paying in installments.. and they want the outstanding balance, another 12k plus interests.
Why my mom didnt pay? Coz they were supposed to give some to my mom, 3 days 2 nights in Port Dickson but it never arrived and our contact person changed several times. When my mom asked for the current contact person. The guy from payment told her to come and find out herself. Talk about bad customer service.
anyhow to cut the story short. we were unsatisfied with services not rendered and cease payment. is that wrong? well according to them it is coz they ARE SUING US!!! the friggin arseholes.. its US who should be suing them. I mean, we havent gone on a vacation with them, we have paid RM 12,000 oredi. And my friends mom said that the resort they gave was shitty as hell ... sub standard services. shit!! This really boils me. hmmph. I am telling my mom we should counter sue, or at least bring it to the consumer tribunal.

it seems that the company cheating on their customers. let's not talk about the service if they do not know how to do business in the first place.
but from the story, i'll be pretty hard for your mom to counter sue. do you/ur mom hv all the hard evidence? i hope you do. :)
unfortunately it is quite hard. we only got what evidence they sent us, like the summon. and our bank drafts.. payment made... stuff like that... ~sigh~
my mom is like wanting to scare the company a little. after that i am thinking of writing in to the newspaper.
