The Pangkor Village Beach Resort is located at the end of Pasir Bogak. It's a great location since it is more quiet then other locations and still near to the areas with stalls and restaurants.
The resort is located just next to the beach. Some of the chalets have a view over the beach and the sea.
The beach itself here is quiet and very clean, ideal for swimming. Pangkor Village Beach Resorts' beach is the northern corner of Pasir Bogak. Therefore the water is clean and quietall the information u might want to know is in the minutes of the meeting that we held

Chairman has confirmed on the following:
Date: 16 – 18 November 2007
Accomodation: Pangkor Village
For accomodation, it has been agreed that there will be a limit of 42 pax for the trip including commitee members. This is due to the calculations of optimum occupancy and cost benefit ration. As follows are the details.
Dorm is priced at RM20 per person per night and can accomodate 21 persons per dorm. Therefore total cost for 42 persons for 2 nights is RM1680. Pangkor Village only has 2 dorms available and therefore can accomodate a maximum of 42 persons. For occupancy of less than 16 persons, the rate for the whole room will prevail at RM 1600.
Chalet can be rented for RM630
The decision to limit the maximum participants is due to the most optimum correlation between transportation and accomodation while taking into consideration the possibility of attracting the optimum amount of participants.
As of today, no of participations who have paid either the full RM150 payment of the RM50 deposit is 11 people. While the no of people who have not paid but has commited to pay at the end of the month is 12 people. Lastly, the no of people who are possibly going is 10 people.
Transportation will be by transnational bus. Those that will be going by bus is 32 participants and 1 commitee member who is Reiz. 3 commitee members will be going to lumut in advance on Thursday night and staying at Nymans’ place. They will be responsible for purchasing all needed supplies beforehand. They are Amir, Qasry and Leha. 3 other committee members will be escorting the bus on Friday morning by car, their responsibilities will include being on-ground marshall and assisting the on-bus marshall, Reiz in making sure all participants are present and safely boarded the bus. The 3 commitee members who will be escorting are Husz, Zack and Ali.
Ali will confirm on kitchen rental amenities by28 Sept-07. He will confirm on the utensils available. Anything we need that is not available will have to be bought. Ice breaking activity for the first night is a simple introduction with a simple draw of a pre prepared questions. Emcee will be Zack.
Payment details are as follows:
Transportation full payment by 9 October 07 by Leha
Lodgings 50% payment by 9 October 07 by Amir and Ali.
Lodgings balance payment on checkout date by Amir
Ferry payment of RM420 by Leha, Amir and Qasry.
Van transportation to resot by Ali and Nyman. RM24 per van for 12 persons
