Hana on the loose

Oh my gawd... I tell you my niece Hana is a handful. Her mom and I had a meeting with my boss to discuss some artwork that she wants done, so we brought the kids to the Curve. The husband came too but he went off to fetch his little sister from LRT. The baby went with him

Anyway, during the meeting, boy was she fidgety... so I took her jalan2.. she saw these things and immediately went gaga... hahahaha so cute.. terus panjat tue.. no hesitation at all. I had like RM3 on me at the time so no money la to put in the machine..

anyway.. after a while, after she was some other kids make the thing move. She became a little bit violet.. true i tell you.. *whack* the button.. *stomp* the pedal and basically shaking the thing to make it move .. Had to FORCIBLY remove her and bring her back to her mom..

Actually thats not true .. She climbed down and immediately started walking.. I was like confused.. but ok so i ikut her la... after a while I asked where she wanted to go but no answer lama la juga.. Pastu tiba2 nangis.. la... sesat rupanye..

THIS IS WHY U NEVER LEAVE UR KIDS ALONE ....

so I bawa dia balik kat mak dia la.. tapi sekejap je dia stay.. Tengah sembang2 nie,... TIBA TIBA dia menonong je keluar dari Dome tue .. jalan sendiri ke mesin2 tue.. Terkejut kiteorang.. apa lagi.. I la yg kena kejar.. This second time, is when I had to FORCIBLY remove her.

Annexe Art Gallery

The Emergency Festival

I went to The Annexe central market, to meet up with Pang an old friend actually. Now Pang writes for kakiseni.com an arts directory of sorts and is one of the directors for an art gallery at the Annexe. I've known this for quite some time but never really managed to go there and see. In fact, it was quite some years since I last stepped in Central Market (but more on that later).

Anyhow he did say that there was something going on. and that he'd be free afterwards. So ok la. I pergi la.. I was pleasantly surprised to see what was going on there. They were having the Emergency Festival there... a twelve day exhibition, theatre and artsy things about our 12 years of Emergency history. Darurat as the malays calls it.

It was enlightning to say the least, I learned new things about our nation. I say the first IC we had. There were even old men and women, first hand witnesses to that period of malaysian history. But I didnt get to learn much more. Hehehe as part of the whole experience, they had history guides that would take u on tour in groups....

I didnt get to learn much because Hazri came and pulled me away hehehehe. We went to Disko Darurat. Hahaha it was a dark space where Jerome Kurgan was spinning (spinning ke kalau music dlm laptop?) tunes from the bygone era.. STILL fucking good though. I loved it. It was a bit weird though.. I am so used to clubbin at La Queen with the poses and controlled movements and shakira/britney style dance moves.

That I (I wasnt really freaked out) was a bit taken back with the energy that they were dancing with. At first it was only a few weird people dancing strangely in the middle.. It was almost performance like.. But once you get used to it.. I was jiving along as well. Then I realized that hey... at places like this, venues like these, its about expressing oneself. Hence the reason they were dancing so weirdly. What you expect from the Art Crowd.. BUT HONEST TO GOD, IT WAS FUN. By the end of it, there were ALOT of people there... Guess what? I bumped into Chris (couldn't remember his name though) there. Chris is an ex skandal of my friend.. they didnt part too nicely and things were ackward between us.

I think the ackwardness still remains, coz I said hi and we talked abit. but I still get this aura of u know.. dont want to get close and shit.. Oh anyway bollocks to that. I think I will go more often and bring young malay gay boys along, no matter their complaints.

so that was it.. a long night of expressive dancing to the tune of the 70's and 10 minutes of education. HAHAHAHHAH

read about it on the star online here.

Aliph n heikal

It was after my court hearing where I paid a RM400 fine and got my driving license suspended that I called Im up. Btw, it was Im that drove my car that ended up being held by JPJ and kena saman..

He has got to appear in court too but I was fined because I was the owner of the car and I wasn't supposed to let anybody drive the car that didnt have a Road Tax.

Anyway.. the judge or magistrate was REALLY CUTE... i think his name is Tuan Syed Hibsah or something.. wait I know.. I'll google the majistrates of KL... damn .. cannot get .. anyway he is the magistrate court judge of court no 14 .. in charge of traffic summones.. HE is CUTE! and hot! hahaha

*sigh* anyway.. i Called up Im to tell him the verdict and he told me Ram is having an open house.. immediately after ... Ram called me.. weird.. anyhow... that night, I went to Ram's place in cheras with Collins where later Aliph and Heikal arrived.

I think Heikal is super cute! I dunno which one you guys prefer though

Maxis!

Holy Crap! Maxis kinda suxxx... Dunno if collins want to stay with maxis or not.. at first we got the ZTE modem and the adapter rosak.. so we plug in the adapter from the wireless router..

ok it can power up... since we wanted to set up a wireless network, I tanya la cols if he had another adapter... got... from the old router.. But failing to realize that there was a voltage difference.. we just hooked it up and SMOKE came out! HAHAHAHAHA i mean .. Freaking SMOKE. We tried again with the proper voltage adapter tapi still no internet.

So I called up maxis and found out its still not activated yet .. even after like 3 hours. okla.. the next day we try again la.... no luck there.. we called up maxis... its activated but it appears the modem oredi rosak.. :(

but now ok oredi we went to TTDI maxis and had it replaced.. :) tapi since we are on the 6th Floor... its like chipsmore.. sekejap ada sekejap xda... so how? letak atas lantai la.. they say Zte modem can only be guranteed up to 5th floor.

Going 2 get maxis broadband

I just came back from the court. My license got suspended n got fined RM400. Cols wants 2 change from streamyx to maxis
