At work today. Taking picture wit the new phone.Its crazy, not enough manpower and things to do like crazy. Not only are the customer going crazy over the sale. The floor has never looked messier and there are literally hundreds of clothes to put back on the rack and there isn't time..
We gotta finish marking the further markdowns and also send over like loads of clothes back to US.

Kaki Lancap kat Fitting Room
ok story nie hari ahad lepas.. hmm ahad la i think.. mlm .. my friend ni jaga fitting room.. and tiba2 there is this one man yg nak cuba baju 2 helai.. okla .. dia pon suruh try kat fitting room #2. TApi my friend pelik la juga coz lama giler dia try 2 t-shirt..
and last bila mamat tue dah kuar.. dia bagi fitting room number tag je.. baju x bagi.. dia kata dia nak beli tue.. my fren pon kata dia kena check dulu, so mamat tue bagi la baju tue tapi dia blah terus.. kata nak beli baju tadi.. my fren cuba scan baju tue satu2. mana tahu.. budak tue cuba curi ke apa kan.. ok .. ada bunyi.. tapi baju yg kedua tue melekit.. tangan kiri dia sumer ada lendir.. mula2 dia ingat hingus ke apa kan?
so dia check la fitting room #2 tue.. puki tol.. air mani kat cermin dlm tue.. banyak plak tue.. baju tue mamat tue guna untuk lap.. terus dia call my manager.. pastu dia minta kebenaran nak gi cuci tangan.. tapi time nak kuar dari kedai dia notice yg mamat tue x kuar lagi dari kedai. ingatkan dah larik awal2 lagi.. rupanyer dia ada kat cashier ngan kakak dia.. so apa lagi .. my friend pon panggil my manager bagitau..

Anwar Arrested and I bloody hell have to go to IPK
Well, he was arrested. I learned it through my friend Roy. He sms'ed and I checked malaysiakini. I was flabbergasted.. What is the motive of arresting him before the deadline? Is he gonna fly outta the country? I dont think so!!!
anyway.. right after work.. I took the monorail to Hang Tuah and joined the crowd at IPK. At first I was like hmm "wat now?" hehehe then the long wait.. Sheet.. I just waited.. then Tian Chua came over and it was speech time.. Apparently FRU dun like speech time .. so the cops made the usual disperse or we bash ur head in speech. But after negotiations, they let us be. I didnt make a single noise. Too afraid if I let myself go, I'd end up behind bars.
anyway, later that night, I noticed journalists were moving up the hill to the gate. So I follow la.. hehehe managed to chat up one cute policeman.. tapi too scaredy cat to ask for a number. but anyway,.. managed to see carz whizzing off to god knows where.. the journalists say Anwar was in one of the cars. Later on Azmin Ali announced that Anwar was being escorted to the HKL. For tests and such.
anyway, we stayed and waited and waited.. a few tense moments, a slight fracas between the cops and a lady. some going back and forth.. and i went home.

ME a masseur?
haha this just in. I tried my luck yesterday as a massuer at mensfield. Its a gay massage place in cheras.. near PGRM haha :D
what brought it on? well my adik si alip tue dah kerja kat situ for about 2 weeks already hahaha from his stories.. wah, seems like a perfect place for me. Thing is, I nie x laku hahhaha but its understandable.. but its alright maybe from a 100, only 1 would pick me.. but hey hahahaha sure kena servis baik punya.. sheet I massage pretty good too
oh ya Mensfield is RM50 for naked massage hahahaha send me a holler if u want the address

Oh What a Lovely Family
Ha Ha ..
My mom is actually in Johor right now. She's consulting with my sister and brother in law. In regards to what? Well, in regards to my elder Brother of course. Well to cut it short. He did it again.
Last week my sis, Nadia told me that apparently, my brother hasn't been going to classes again. This time, for months at end. It all started when my brother in law enquired why the check he issued to Lim Kok Wing hasn't been cleared. A sum of RM9000. Its his school fees.
Well, of course, my sister was tasked by my mother to call up the school and find out things. Sorry to say, the rest is history. To make matters worse, she also found out that she lost all her jewelry... amounting to RM30K. yep. thats my bro.. This is on top of the fact that he asks my mum for money like everyday.. School going expenses and art supplies and photocopying and shit.
I don't know what is wrong with the guy. He is like 2 years older than me, fired from many jobs, is now studying sponsored by my eldest sister and still he's like that. I think its gambling and drugs. Oh he isn't hard core addict.. well not yet anyway..
oh btw.. the political climate nowadays is very interesting.. I find myself unable to not read malaysiakini hahaha..

A Mega Mac UNHAPPY Meal
I have just ordered McDonals thru their McDelivery 1300-13-1300 number. Sad, I was hopping mad! Angry as hell when after waiting for almost an hour, being hungry. They actually sent the order ELSEWHERE! Can you believe it?
And this is actually after I had clearly state to the agent to send it to my mom's house in Kelana Jaya. Even gave her the full address inclusive of postcode. AND STILL, they sent it my store in Pavilion. btw her name is Sujata, ID 161 To make matters worse, when my staff called me up and said that they paid for the order and expected ME to pay it back. Sheet, I can't believe I shouted at Malina, saying that since they knew I was off today, they shouldn't have bloody paid for that order before checking it with me. In their defence, they did try to call me but hello like once? They should have made the delivery guy wait.
Honestly. McDonalds sucks at customer service. They made a mistake. A very bad one. Gave me godamn grief. I ordered at 6pm and now its 7:38pm and still I am calling and receiving calls from their call center trying to resolve this. I also just found out that McDonalds actually outsourced the call center to telebiz sdn bhd, who's CEO is Bernard Lim I think. Seriously, McDonalnds should really reconsider their outsourcing partner since I do not think that telebiz actually trains their staff in handling customer complaints. their order maybe but definitely not their complaints.
After the whole mess of a call from the shop, I called up the hotline again. This time Devan ID 208 answered the call. I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy was stuttering and took a bloody long time, including putting me on hold and lastly he called up Sujata. It was just before that, when I was losing it that I asked for his ID. I guess he got scared and called up Sujata who had no choice but to give me their ID. Boy, did I have to insist.
*tips: not only do you have to ask a tele agent's name but you must also ask for a unique Identification number, usually their Employee Id. This helps negate their oft used, we have 7 sujata working here.
Basically, it took ages for them to even find out what happended, you know reviewing the recording and stuff. I hate waiting because I always have a feeling that they will make u wait and put you on hold in efforts to tire u down. So I called up twice. I told them to call me up and put me on hold but to no avail. Damn, its their problem and I have to pay for it thru my phone bill.
Basically, when it was clear it was their fault, they sent my order to my mums house but guess what? I HAD TO FREAKING PAY FOR IT
yea I had to pay for it. so that means i had to pay twice.
so I called again, and again and again and again and still its not resolved. The also didnt make ANY effort to make me feel better. The least they could give was a free meal. In fact, I believe they should have thrown in some discount vouchers or coupons.
IN FACT due to the stress I endured, and the fact that I raised my voice with my Manager, they should RECOMPENSE me for at least RM5000. Thats what I think.
Of course your opinions matter too. What do you think I should do next? complain to the McDonalds management? Let it go? live and let live? or screw McDonalds over?
